Terms of Service

These terms govern the relationship between Sout Buddy EOOD (trading as Solnichki) and you as a customer when you order through solnichki.com. By confirming an order you accept these terms.
1. Who we are
solnichki.com is operated by Sout Buddy EOOD (Соут Бъди ЕООД), a company registered in Bulgaria, UIC 208847063, with registered office at 16B Knyaz Alexander I St., 1000 Sofia, Bulgaria ("we", "Solnichki"). Contact: solnichki.bg@gmail.com, phone +359 878 531 050. We sell handmade polymer clay salt and pepper shakers: made to order from photos and descriptions you provide and, when available, ready-made models from our catalog.
2. Definitions
"Site" means solnichki.com. "Customer" means an individual ordering through the Site for personal use. "Personalised order" means a shaker made from photos, descriptions or characteristics provided by the customer. "Catalog item" means a ready-made shaker from our catalog that is not personalised. "Add-on" means a service chosen at checkout alongside the order: the crafting video or express making.
3. Placing an order and contract formation
Orders are placed online through the Site. Before paying you see the full amount: products, add-ons and delivery. The contract is formed when we confirm the order by email after payment is received (for bank transfers: once the funds arrive). We may refuse an order if the photos or descriptions contain unsuitable content (violence, hate, nudity, children in an inappropriate context) or if the photo quality does not allow a good likeness; in that case we refund the full amount paid. Photos are not required at the time of ordering: you can send them after payment through the link in your confirmation email, which stays valid for 30 days. Making starts once we have the photos.
4. Prices and payment
Prices on the Site are in euro and are the final price to you. The price shown at the time of ordering applies. As of the date of these terms: €69 for a single figurine, €89 for a pet, €125 for a couple, €200 for The Crew set of three figurines (each additional person in the set is €51) and €600 for The Heirloom set. Add-ons: crafting video €25 (included with The Crew set) and express making €10. Delivery is calculated at checkout from your address and shown before you confirm. Payment: by card through Stripe or by bank transfer. A bank-transfer order counts as paid when the funds reach our account; if they do not arrive within 14 days the order is cancelled automatically.
5. Making and lead times
Every shaker is made by hand. The standard making time is 6 days from the moment we have both the payment and the photos. With the express add-on the making time is 3 days and the order is dispatched with priority. The Heirloom set takes four weeks. In busy periods (holidays, campaigns) the lead time may be longer; we let you know in advance. The steps of the making are described on the Process page. Handwork means no two shakers are ever fully identical and that the likeness is an artistic interpretation of the photo, not a copy.
6. Delivery
We deliver only within Bulgaria, via Econt, to an office or to an address. The delivery price is shown at checkout and added to the total. When the order is handed to the courier you receive an email with a tracking number. Delivery takes up to 2 working days after dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, but we help if something goes wrong with a parcel. For The Heirloom set delivery is included in the price.
7. Photos and content you provide
By uploading photos and descriptions you confirm that you have the right to use them for the purpose of the order and that the people in them (or their parents, for children) agree to be depicted as a figurine. We use the photos to make the shaker and keep them as described in the Privacy Policy. Copyright in the design and execution of the figurines belongs to Sout Buddy EOOD; the finished shaker is your property.
8. Use of photos and figurines in our marketing
By placing an order you agree that Sout Buddy EOOD may photograph and film the finished shaker and use images and video of it, as well as the photos you provided (for example in a "photo and figurine" comparison), to present our work: on social media, on the Site, in advertising and printed material, online and offline. We never publish names, addresses or other personal details. We do not use photos of children in marketing without a parent's explicit consent. You can opt out at any time: write "no publishing" in the order note, or email solnichki.bg@gmail.com with your order number. Opting out stops future use; material already published is removed from our channels within a reasonable time, as far as technically possible.
9. Right of withdrawal
Personalised orders, including their add-ons, are goods made to the consumer's individual specification and are excluded from the right of withdrawal under Article 57(3) of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act and Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU. You may withdraw from a catalog item within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, provided it is in its original condition and packaging; return shipping is at your cost, and we refund within 14 days of receiving the item back. This does not affect your rights in case of a defect (section 10).
10. Warranty and complaints
We are liable for any lack of conformity that appears within 2 years of delivery, under the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act and the Act on the Provision of Digital Content and Digital Services and the Sale of Goods. If a shaker arrives broken, damaged or with a manufacturing defect, photograph it within 48 hours of receipt and write to solnichki.bg@gmail.com. We usually resolve the case by repair or replacement; where that is not possible, we refund. The likeness of a personalised figurine is an artistic judgment: differences of the "it doesn't look enough like them" kind are discussed in good faith, but they are not a defect and not grounds for cancelling the order.
11. Liability
We are liable under Bulgarian law. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Our total liability for a given order is limited to its value. These limits do not affect the rights the law gives consumers that cannot be restricted.

13. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms when the law, our providers or the way we work changes. Each order is governed by the version in force when it was confirmed. The date of the current version is shown at the top.
14. Disputes
Write to us first: we settle most questions quickly and personally. If we cannot agree, you may contact the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Commission (kzp.bg) or the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr). Bulgarian law applies. The Bulgarian courts have jurisdiction; for consumers the rules on jurisdiction by place of residence also apply.
